I finished another! 
Gosh, it’s taken me long enough, hasn’t it? This is =jet3270’s BlackWing (also here), my counterpart to her amazing job on Major Telkeferi in Charge for our trade.
She showed me a bunch of pictures of him, and I just thought BlackWing was too badass to pass up, and that I’d have to try and do as badass a pic as I possibly could to do him justice. I hope I’ve done that at least a little bit, Holly. ^____^
I worked my proverbial butt off for this one, and am so idiotically proud of it it’s absurd. I probably worked out the pose myself sitting in this very computer chair, as you do, and finalised it by falling stylishly onto the sofa behind me…in the pose. XDDD I was originally going to go for a bird’s eye view of a night-lit city behind him, but finding stock of that (I can’t draw buildings to save my life and wasn’t going to try and start) proved rather difficult… But I stumbled across ~klutostock’s stock, and it was perfect; loads of yummy random lights and things.
It was only after finishing the ambient lighting that I realised I might actually find it difficult to have to light another 6ish localised lightsouces in addition. 
It was great fun in the end, but there was a moment. 
The bow was referenced off random modern bows from Wikipedia and more from the Punisher, which I have never seen but which has a nice bow and costume (though any grown man who goes around with a massive skull on his shirt is automatically a bit lame).
I apologise for: the wing going away from us, the knee coming towards us, and any bits of lighting I missed, so don’t critique them unless you have a constructive comment. I also apologise for bow anatomy, but am sadly not really interested in learning the necessary stuff to improve it.

Wow, this is an amazing piece. You did such a wonderful job mixing so many dark colors and making it come out to the eyes. The background is beautiful. I am very much reminded of the Dark Knight of course, but BlackWing looks so much cooler. You had better be filled with pride here girly, this is WOW. WOW. The anatomy seems so very perfect, I cannot find one tiny flaw in this, at ALL. The wings are so beautiful, and the whole body reeks of power. The folds on the clothing are just perfectly done. I have no idea where you get the patience for this, but it is so very worth it to your viewers.
